The CEI Dublin is a branch of the CEI London and is part of the CEI Group - Centre d’Echanges Internationaux, based in France and created in 1947. Its main activities are Education and Training, as well as Culture and Tourism. The CEI Ltd is specialized in internships, jobs, English courses and accommodations placements for individuals and groups coming from Europe –


You will work every day organizing placements and follow up of young adults to make their mobility experience a success. We are looking for someone motivated, autonomous and mature to join our team, assist the Assistant Manager and work closely within a small team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to evolve within a professional and dynamic Group, whom philosophy is to open frontiers and bring people together.


We are looking for someone to join our team on the 2nd of June 2015.

Key Responsibilities:
 Cold calling, visiting and emailing our current and potential partners’ companies in order to find internships offers/job offers under an agreed time frame, taking into account our clients’ profiles (level of English and previous professional experience)
 Establishing strong and long-lasting business relationships and delivering employers’ recruitment service
 Representing the CEI and attending networking events to develop partnerships
 Conducting telephone/skype interviews with the clients, screening their profiles and explaining our services
 Rewriting the CVs and registering the clients’ details on the database
 Ensuring that the clients are placed in suitable companies and liaising between the clients and the employers
 Resolving any problems encountered as quickly and efficiently as possible
 Animating collective meetings with clients (welcoming and feedback meetings)
 Reporting to the Managers

Essential Skills & Requirements:
 Be fluent in French and in English
 Have excellent communication especially giving clear explanations and being persuasive
 Have good organizational skills and attention to detail
 Be motivated by challenges, problems, deadlines and targets
 Be able to prioritize
 Be persistent, diligent and a quick thinker able to respond effectively to changing situations and meet deadlines
 Being a “people person”
 Have a strong computer skills literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 Have calm and professional manners
 Good teamwork skills

Location: Central Dublin
Job Sector: HR & Recruitment
Type: Full-time / Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary: 18,000€ gross per year

Full training is provided however a background in Recruitment & Sales requested.
